If you have been in contact with an Authorized Belmont Support Technician in Canada and have been asked to use our Belmont Quick Support Tool, you can download and follow the below instructions to proceed.
NOTE: This support tool will not work if you are not in contact with a Support Representative.
Both of the below files are the same. One is a .zip file for download if you are having trouble downloading the .exe file directly, otherwise choose the first download option.

Find the downloaded file on your computer and open it. You should now see our software similar to the image below. If you are asked by Windows Security if you would like to allow the Splashtop SOS software to make changes to your computer, click Yes.
Our Disclaimer Below should appear, Click “Accept”
After accepting the disclaimer, the Belmont Quick Support tool should appear as below.
Provide the “Your ID” number (an example in blue above “749 011 936”) to your Support Representative. Note: Your number will be different.
After the Belmont Support Representative has received Your ID provided above, they will be able to connect to your computer remotely to help troubleshoot your problem.
